JT loves playing a wide variety of musical genres, namely Soulful House, Old Skool House, Deep House, Soul, RnB and Hip Hop, and has gone from using Vinyl to CD’s to Digital, and still uses all three today.

JT started buying vinyl back in 1984 and purchased his first turntables, ‘Technics 1210’s’ at Christmas ’85. His influences came from the London Pirate Radio Stations – ‘LWR’, ‘Sunrise’ and ‘Kiss’ . It was also around this time that he purchased an FM Transmitter from Tandy Electronics and started broadcasting to his Estate in Bow, London and knew when people had tuned in when they answered his call over the radio by flashing their house lights (long before pagers and mobile phones!!).

He played his first gig – a 21st Birthday party, and loved it – so did the crowd. He got a few more bookings from that gig, with his very first actual ‘paying’ gig in 1988, aged at just 19 (Bottles of Holsten Pills don’t pay the bills). He and his DJ Partner, Matt began playing out every weekend. It was in 1989 that JT & Matt started playing in Foxys club in Amhurst Rd, London. Not long after Foxys, JT & Matt started on Fantasy FM; with JT playing 8-10pm four nights a week & on Fridays was joined by Matt when they played midnight-8am, after they’d finished DJ’ing in a local Pub at 11pm.

To earn a little extra cash and gain valuable experience, JT and Matt created ‘Infinity Mobile Disco’ and were very busy doing this plus the Pubs, Clubs and Radio all around East London. In 1990 they joined Centreforce FM, with a regular weekly slot, continuing with Infinity Disco and the local pubs and clubs every weekend. JT and Matt eventually went their separate ways and In the year 2000, JT was joined by Tracy when they became ‘Infinity discokaraoke’, which was very successful. JT handed the London Scene over to Tracy when he moved away in 2004, but carried on with ‘Infinity discokaraoke in and around Essex. He has now stopped playing out and concentrates on playing on Internet Radio and creating mixes for his Soundcloud (below) or House-Mixes page, click on picture below for mixes

Mikey Lamps is a talented DJ with a passion for underground dance music. Originally hailing from North London, he discovered his love for mixing tracks back in the early 90s and has never looked back since. After taking time out to explore the world, Mikey eventually found himself drawn to the vibrant music scene in Manchester, where he has become a respected figure in the local club scene.

Over the years, Mikey has honed his skills as a DJ and developed a keen ear for the latest trends in house music. He is well known for his soulful and funky house mixes, which have won him a legion of fans, both in his hometown and further afield.

Mikey has played on a number of online radio stations, but it was during his time at Infinitytunes that he first crossed paths with JT, with whom he now collaborates on Just House Music. As an experienced radio DJ, Mikey knows how to get the crowd moving with his infectious beats and smooth transitions between tracks.

Whether you catch him live at a club or tune in to his radio show, Mikey Lamps is a true master of his craft and a fantastic ambassador for the vibrant dance music scene in Manchester and beyond.

Andre’s love for music began as a kid, regularly listening to WBLS and later WKTU, collecting cassettes, CDs, making mix tapes.  Next camevinyl and ritual weekly record shopping. Now old enough to go to clubs, he would frequent many of the best clubs in NYC & Miami; Roxy, Tracks, Paragon, Pump, Salvation, Sound Factory, Tunnel, ArenA at Palladium, Twilo, Exit, and many others. Junior Vasquez would be the single biggest influence on my DJing. Depeche Mode would be the biggest influence on my sound. Around this same time, music took a back seat because Andre became involved in a relationship, and DJing wasn’t paying the bills. In 2006, the couple packed everything and moved to Miami. To this day, my 1000 records, 500 CDs, turntables, all DJ equipment are still packed. In 2008, Andre started playing with DJ software, eventually re-learning how to mix and create new sets of dance music but only for friends and family.In 2018, newly single, after finding who he was as an individual, having been in that relationship for 20+ years, he returned to the music. Over the years many people have asked me why I didn’t pursue a career in music, so I started to put my DJ sets on SoundCloud and other music sites to see what type of reception I’d receive and was surprised by the positive results.  And then one day at an event a friend said to me:

“You’re really good, why don’t you do something with music. You’re so much better than a lot of what I hear when I go out. You would kill it, given the right opportunity.”

So that’s what I’m doing. I’m putting effort into playing music for people and having them love it. I’m making an effort to promote myself, though it’s not the most comfortable thing. I prefer for others to sing my praise than to toot my own horn. I am manifesting the reality I want, which is to play for thousands of other selves and to produce music that opens hearts,minds, chakras, specifically, the 4th chakra of love and takes you on a journey.

Only Great Music/OGM is an extremely subtle homage to Olympic Gold Medal. The objective to only play songs that sound great! Yes, that’s subjective but listen, I think you’ll find that to be true. Too many people have said you have excellent taste in music. Do something with it. So let’s see what happens. At the very least, a happy listeners & followers makes me happy. If aural ecstasy is achieved by a listener at some point in the set, then mission truly accomplished

In 1966  ‘Born on a Friday’ in the city of Chicago,

Jaye (aka MUZIK) began a musical journey at the young age of twelve years old when he purchased his first vinyl record, which he still has and plays often today.  Thus starting his vinyl collection back in 1978.

He came to know different types of music and started DJ’ing to earn money for what quickly became a ‘Sound Addiction’ The best way to feed his musical needs was to spin at house parties, as well as other functions and venues like receptions, birthday parties, even his middle school class party (his very first gig). 

While getting booked in many clubs across Chicago, he soon began traveling to different states across the country, which in turn led to traveling and playing on different continents in many different countries around the world.  As he honed his skills and learned more about international music trends, Muzik took that knowledge, integrated it with American cultural music and developed it into his very own unique musical style.

MUZIK is a serious accomplished vinyl ‘MIX ARTIST’ who not only loves all types of music, but loves to share his artistic sounds with all music lovers everywhere.
